Wow. Fastest I've ever finished a copic piece. And for once, I'm pretty dang satisfied.

Drawn especially so that it would be an 'illustration' and not anime-related. I tried to make them as realistic as possible with the limited space I had. Drawn for the breadth section of my AP Studio Art portfolio, which is due this Friday :)

References used for the falcon and the weapons, but that was pretty much it. Found one for the dove but didn't use it. And the scanner... scanned it rightly this time! Glory Hallelujiah!

Inspired by a painting by an old European master named Pompeo Batoni, whose work I saw in a museum a few months ago. I could've stayed in that section for the whole day, but my brother and parents were complaining. Some people just don't understand good art (shakes head)

Drawn with copic marker on Canson watercolor paper, which I need to get more of. It's hella expensive.

I agree about the colors, I also love the idea that war is a woman and peace is a man. I don't know if that was on purpose, or if that was part of the origianl inspiration, but I love the twist.

When Einstein revealed to the world his wondrous theories of Special and General Relativity, I was the one shouting, “That’s what I was going to say!”

Ignorance killed the cat. Curiosity was framed.

I like cherries!!!

Actually, the original was a man as war and a girl as peace. Yes, I did switch them. :D

I love the colors you used. Not those annoying bright or too dark to see. It's a nice contrast.

I love your work! Sorry for being a silent.. Watcher. :'D

If I point the exhaust pipe towards the ground, figured I'll shoot towards the sky. And if the natural laws of physics works like that, I figure, "Why can't I?"
