I know, it's been months since I've submitted anything on here. I'm just so busy with SAT practice every day that I just have no time anymore T_T And even when I do submit something, it's not done.
This is another Nobuta piece, only it's with the two main male actors. I found a really nice scan somewhere, and I decided to practice drawing their faces. Kame's face especially was hard to shape at first because his facial structure's very weird, but afterward he looked better than YamaPi. To my surprise, this actually looks better on the computer than in real life. Huh.
From a Japanese drama called Nobuta wo Produce; the two actors' names are Kamenashi Kazuya and Yamashita Tomohisa, Kame and YamaPi for short. Too bad Maki wasn't in the picture. Title came from the theme song to Nobuta, which was a duet between the two said actors.
I might finish it sometime in the near future, but I don't think I'll really have time for anything until the summer after junior year, which is in a whole nother year.
I always love your pencil works :] Hope you finish this one ^^

Don't know the actors or the show, but this is some excellent pencil work! Great hatch shading and love the hair! Mine always ends up so line-y looking when I try to draw it in, but this looks terrific.
Wonderful job with them. Very real looking. You should do this style more. ^^

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
