Finally churned out another deviation. I'm really kind of out of creative juices these days. @.@
This one is of Kenshin and Tomoe from Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X, although it's more in the regular manga style than the realistic style of the OVAs. I wanted to go for a light, possibly firelit romantic setting, and I'm very happy with the way that the background turned out. I would have wanted to make a new one in Photoshop, but it doesn't seem to work too well. I wonder why?  Anyway, I am a big fan of the Kenshin and Tomoe pairing. I really do wish that she'd lived...  They were such a great couple. I was going to put the word 'anata' in fancy curling script since I recently downloaded all these fonts in zip format. But I don't know how to do that. Can someone help me out? Made with regular pencil, then inked with black ballpoint pen, and colored with various colored pencils and regular HB pencil. Edited with Adobe Photoshop 4.0. |
