This is a pretty simple piccie. I'm doing a series on the Naruto girls wearing dresses... and Hinata just happened to be the first one I finished ^^ Half done with Sakura.

Am in a hurry, so I'll just submit this one now and worry about the background later. :P I luff dresses. So pretty.

Drawn with colored pencil, technical pen, etc.

EDIT: Did a simple background, messed around on Photoshop with multiply and layers and dodge. Now she looks more colorful and not as off balance! Hope you like the new version.

Oh she looks like a cute mermaid! It's so hard for me not to picture Hinata with a western type of dress. (I always see Kimono on!) And this picture make Hinata rock that dress! XD
